1. Our approach to privacy

FARGLO processes photos and RAW images selected by the user primarily on the user’s device for importing, editing, and exporting. The current version does not provide advertising, behavioral tracking, usage analytics, external user accounts, or cloud synchronization. It does not transmit users’ photos, edits, or personal information to servers operated by us.

2. Information handled on the device

The App locally handles user-selected photos and image metadata, editing previews and temporary files, layer and adjustment settings, crops, rotations, frames, presets, limited edit history, and display-language preferences. This information is used to provide editing features and is not transmitted to servers operated by us.

3. Photo library access

The App may request access to import images selected by the user and to save exported images. Permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.

4. External transmission and tracking

The App does not upload photos, use advertising identifiers, disclose information to advertising or analytics providers, or track users across other companies’ apps or websites. If the user shares an export with another service, that service’s privacy policy applies.

5. Retention and deletion

Working copies may remain in local App storage for continued editing. Removing a photo from the App deletes the working copy stored for that photo. Presets can be deleted in the App. Deleting the App removes its local storage according to iOS behavior, but does not remove files already exported elsewhere.

6. Security

Information is stored within the protections of the iOS app sandbox and operating-system file controls. No electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Children

The App is not intended to collect personal information from users of any age on servers operated by us.

8. App stores and payments

Purchases and payment processing may be handled by Apple or another app store operator. We do not receive complete payment-card information through the App.

9. Changes

If cloud, account, analytics, crash-reporting, online-preset, or other external communication features are added, this Policy and the App’s store disclosures will be updated.

1. 基本方針

FARGLOは、利用者が選択した写真およびRAW画像の読み込み、編集、書き出しを、原則として利用者の端末内で処理します。現在の本アプリは広告配信、行動追跡、利用状況解析、外部アカウント、クラウド同期を行わず、当方のサーバーへ写真、編集内容、個人情報を送信しません。

2. 端末内で取り扱う情報

利用者が選択した写真と画像メタデータ、プレビューと一時ファイル、レイヤーと調整値、クロップ、回転、フレーム、プリセット、限定的な編集履歴、表示言語を端末内で取り扱います。これらは編集機能の提供に使用され、当方のサーバーへ送信されません。

3. 写真ライブラリへのアクセス

利用者が選択した画像の読み込みと、書き出し画像の保存のためにアクセス許可を求める場合があります。許可はiOSの設定から変更できます。

4. 外部送信とトラッキング

写真のアップロード、広告識別子の利用、広告・解析事業者への提供、他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断した追跡は行いません。利用者が第三者サービスへ共有した後は、そのサービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

5. 保存期間と削除

継続編集のため、作業用コピーがアプリ領域に保持される場合があります。アプリ内で写真を削除すると、その作業用コピーも削除されます。プリセットはアプリ内から削除できます。アプリを削除するとiOSの仕様に従ってアプリ領域のデータが削除されますが、既に他の保存先へ書き出したファイルは除きます。

6. 安全管理

情報はiOSのアプリサンドボックスとOSのファイルアクセス制御の範囲内で保存されます。ただし、電子的な保存方法の絶対的な安全性を保証するものではありません。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、年齢を問わず、利用者の個人情報を当方のサーバーへ収集することを意図していません。

8. アプリストアと決済

購入と決済はAppleその他のストア運営者が処理する場合があります。当方は本アプリを通じて完全なカード情報を取得しません。

9. 変更

クラウド、アカウント、解析、クラッシュレポート、オンラインプリセットなどの外部通信機能を追加する場合、本ポリシーとストア上の表示を更新します。
